Possibly an elaborate hoax, but according to the tweets of diminutive former Welsh wing wizard, Ickle Shane Williams, Amman United RFC (his former rugby club) have secured the services of 5 times World's Strongest Man, Mariusz Pudzianowski.
If true, the 300lb, 6ft 1in colossus will be gracing the rugby fields in WRU Division 3 West. Rumours that his maternal grandmother went by the name of Mfanwy Blodwyn Davies remain unconfirmed.

I wonder what position he would play?
Mariusz Pudzianowski already had a short spell on the rugby pitch. He used to play for Polish club "Budowlani Lodz". I had a privilage playing against him, he was enormous! He only played in a few games, and was used as a kind of an advert to attract more spectators.
He was a prop, unfortunately his amazing strength couldn't be fully used as he lacked basic technical rugby skills.
He is a top bloke! His legend is still alive in Poland. He is very proffessional and friendly. Always have time for his fans.
The story about his come-back to rugby was made up by journalists. He said that his focus will go to fighting (MMA) rather than rugby.
